More Than a Church
A warm and loving faith family
Our mission as a church body is to enable individuals to find a relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and to reflect His life in our life together and in our outreach to others.
Olivet is a family-oriented church that endeavors to meet the needs of both our own members as well as those in our local community and the world. We are committed to the Christian education of all in our church family and are seeking to grow in our faith together.
At Olivet, you will experience a traditional worship service, regular times of Communion and Lovefeasts, and ongoing opportunities for both service toward others and fellowship with the church family. Come and grow with us!
“In essentials, unity; in nonessentials, liberty;
and in all things, love.”
Olivet is a congregation of the Moravian Church in North America’s Southern Province, and a congregation of the Unitas Fratrum (the worldwide Unity of the Moravian Church).
Christianity is a way of life, centered on Christ and His teachings.
The Bible is the Word of God by which we learn God's truth for our lives.
Salvation is a gift from God through Faith in Jesus Christ.
Practical faith brings a relationship with God into our daily experience.
